The bakery is situated on the High street just minutes walk from Harrow & Wealdstone tube station. Next to the bakery you'll find bus stops. The place is clean and the staff are nice. The atmosphere is good but can get crowded in the afternoon and morning. Food and hot drinks are good. This morning on my way to work around :. I popped into my local store in Harrow and Wealdstone. The store would be regarded as empty, as there was just one customer in there sitting enjoying his hot beverage. I approach the counter and one of the members of staff surfaced. She stood there and just looked at me. No greeting or anything! I asked if I could have “two vegan sausage rolls please” there was absolutely no response from her. She proceeded to bag the sausage rolls and then said “”. I touched my card on the reader and she turned her back and went about her way. There was zero customer service, absolutely disgusting!!! English most certainly was not this individuals first language, Although, she most certainly must have a decent command or the English language to be working in the store in the first place. I was absolutely appalled by this member of staff and the interaction with her most certainly makes me not want to go back into that store! Please train your staff to at least have a basic level of customer service. Such a let down.Vegetarian options: My options were Vegan.

-They don’t have alternative milk option now, so no more coffee for people with allergies! It’s frustrating when places don’t offer inclusive options, especially for something as common as dairy allergies or lactose intolerance. Many people rely on alternative milk like almond, soy, or oat, and it feels like a step backward when they're not available. More inclusive choices should definitely be the norm in places that cater to the public, particularly with how common food allergies are today.-The toilet has not been working for a few weeks now.- The quality of customer service is very poor.-one star for cleanliness

Would give zero for customer service for European elder lady working on the till she was so rude that my whole day after that morning gone worst!!! Bought sausage roll and veggie bake on th morning and that was barely hot from outside so i just asked to change it for me and give me another one but instead being apologetic she argued that they all are same by making long face!! Disappointed from newly opened Greggs to have inexperienced staff working!!!
